I don’t know whether to laugh, cry, or simply conclude that rational, secular thought taken to extremes is extremely entertaining. The opinion assumes that all sex between humans and animals is sexual assault. How can the court prove that beyond a reasonable doubt? Regardless, this verdict proves that there are no limits to rational thought.
However, I think decision suggests some changes in the way Germans view the law, who it covers, and who can be a claimant regarding it or a portion thereof.
